12 Days from Casablanca to the desert to Marrakech and back to Casablanca


Day 1: Arrival in Casablanca

  • Arrival at Casablanca airport.
  • Visit to the Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest in the world
  • Walk along the Corniche and free time in the city
  • Accommodation in Casablanca.

Day 2: Casablanca → Rabat → TANGIER

  • Departure to Rabat, the capital of Morocco.
    • Visit to the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, the Hassan Tower and the Kasbah of the Oudayas.
  • Continue to Tangier (approximately 3 hours drive)

  • Explore the old town of Tangier (the Medina).
  • Visit Café Hafa to enjoy views of the Mediterranean Sea.
  • Stroll through the Zoco Chico and the Kasbah Museum.

Day 3: Tangier → Chefchaouen

Tomorrow

  • Visit the famous Caves of Hercules and Cape Spartel.
  • Explore more of Tangier if you prefer.
  • Afternoon: Departure to Chefchaouen (approximately 2 hours drive)
  • Night: Arrival and check-in in Chefchaouen.

Day 4: Chefchaouen

  • Full day to enjoy Chefchaouen, known as the “Blue City”:
  • Stroll through Uta el-Hammam Square.
  • Visit the Kasbah and its museum.
  • Explore the narrow blue streets of the Medina.
  • Enjoy the views from the Spanish Mosque at sunset.
  • Night: Second night in Chefchaouen

Day 5 :Chefchaouen → Fez

Morning: Departure to Fez (about 4 hours drive).Afternoon: Arrival in Fez and time to relax or explore:

  • Short visit to the Royal Palace and the golden gates
  • Walk through the Mellah Jewish quarter.
  • Night: in a riad in Fez

Day 6: Fez (Full Visit)

Full day to explore Fez, one of the oldest imperial cities in Morocco:

  • Medina of Fez (Fez el-Bali): UNESCO World Heritage Site.
  • Al-Qarawiyyin: The oldest university in the world
  • Chouara Tannery: Watch the leather dyeing process
  • Walk through the traditional souks



Day 7: Fes → Merzouga desert

  • Morning: Early departure to Merzouga (approximately 8-9 hours)
  • Afternoon: Arrival in Merzouga, where you will begin a camel ride towards the dunes of Erg Chebbi
  • Enjoy the sunset over the dunes.
  • Overnight: in a desert camp, with traditional dinner and music under the stars

Day 8: Merzouga → Valle del Dades

  • Journey to the spectacular Dades Valley.
  • Tour of the Draa Valley and its traditional kasbahs.
  • Stop at the Valley of Roses.
  • Accommodation in the Dades Valley.

Day 9: Dades Valley → Ait Ben Haddou → Marrakech

  • Visit to the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou (World Heritage Site)
  • Crossing the High Atlas through the Tizi n'Tichka pass
  • Arrival in Marrakech in the afternoon
  • Accommodation in Marrakech.

Day 10: Marrakech – Guided tour

  • Full day to explore Marrakech:
    • The Majorelle Gardens and the Koutoubia.
    • Bahia Palace and the Saadian Tombs.
    • The lively Jemaa el-Fna square and the souks.
  • Accommodation in Marrakech.

Day 11: Marrakech→Casablanca

  • Free morning in Marrakech.
  • Return to Casablanca in the afternoon.
  • Accommodation in Casablanca.

Day 12: Casablanca – Departure

  • Transfer to the airport according to your flight schedule.
  • End of the tour.
